I did not ever think I would put the words super and professional development together. For my entire career I have called those sessions professional torture. Kosy style professional development was quite the exception.
Our interim superintendent, Dwight Luckett, made us feel so welcome and so empowered to teach kids. We go back to my days in Cleveland in the 90's.
Before we got started our PTA treated us to breakfast. Join immediately if you have not done so already. We can only strive to look this good.
Each school presented a superhero to the district wide gathering.
Little did I know that the man in the suit whom I asked to video my entrance was the guest speaker, David Lee. Trust me, he gave the best opening talk that I have ever heard. Notes
